Shipment Delays.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on various shipping carriers we have been experiencing sporadic moments of shipping delays. These delays are unfortunately out of our control, however we are doing everything we can to minimize and mitigate these delays from happening whenever possible.We appreciate your patience and understanding with us while we all navigate and manage these issues if and when they arise. When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been accepted and received by our warehouse. Once your order is fully checked, packaged and labeled, you will receive a second email confirming the successful ship-out of your order.Please note this ship-out date reflects the start of your shipping timeline and allow for an additional 3-8 business days for the arrival of your package.All order with standard shipping selected are estimated time frames for delivery, we are not able to issue shipping refunds for delays associated with standard shipping orders.

It’s been over a week and my package hasn’t arrived?

Most items typically ship within 24 hours and arrive within 3-8 business days depending on the shipping destination and delivery speed selected. Certain items and large orders require extra preparation time due to the processing at our warehouse. If you have any questions about the status of your order, reach out to our Customer Support Team with your order number and we can assist you in locating your order.

Our shipping service is only available in the United States of America. International shipments are not made for any reason.

The standard shipping price throughout the United States of America is $10 USD if it does not exceed 11 pounds.

All orders made through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies outside Boha for All.

The delivery of the product will be made at the address indicated by the user in the account portal or at a different address provided by the user, which must be made at the time of confirming the order.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. They will go out the next day.

If no one is found to receive the package at the address provided on the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days, in case it is not claimed., it will be returned to the Boha for All warehouse and the customer must pay the cost of the return.

Product deliveries will be made only on business days and may take up to 10 business days in some cases.

If there is any disagreement, you must express it at that time and you must contact the Boha for All customer service to clarify said circumstance.

Did you receive something other than what you bought online or is your product defective?

  • Any clarification received will only be within the next 3 business days upon receipt of the product via email to:
  • Once the status of the product and the purchase conditions are validated, the product will be changed. If we still have stock in the color you require, the change is made for the same product. If we do not have the tone you need in stock, we can make a change of color or for another product from our range, if it has the same value as the product originally purchased or by paying the difference. If the product is at a lower price than the one initially purchased, you must complete the amount with some other product, since it is not possible to return the difference in cash.
  • There are no changes or refunds on products purchased on promotion or discount, night sales, special sales or purchases made during the Black Friday.
  • No cash refunds. Refunds approved by Boha for all, will be by way of electronic credit to be used only in the online store and are applied only if the product or products received are found to be defective and without a trace of having been used or destroyed.
  • We are in no way responsible for returned products lost in transit.
  • The above provisions only apply to purchases made online.

BohÁ Exchange

Boha For All will offer free exchanges within 60 days of ordering any item of similar or lesser value (Limit 1 exchange per item for each order). Orders past this window will not be eligible for an exchange.We will authorize an exchange for items that are like new, unwashed and with their original tags intact, without using.
