The reason that I wear Bohas is because, not only are they incredible in style, but they also are incredible for your feet, so every thing form this wide frame here that allows your toes to expand so that you can really grip the ground to having beautiful flat bottom, which allows you to be like you're literally feeling the earth and I also really enjoy that this is really hard so you don't have to worry, about people stepping on your toes, because I much rather be barefoot but if I'm not barefoot.

I have been interested in barefoot shoes for a long time and this has been my first pair. They look the part and are suitable for any day to day activities. I use mine mainly for gym based exercise as the very very low profile and width of the forefoot are perfect when unable to go skin to ground. Sizing wise I followed the guide on Vivobarefoots website and would advise anyone else to follow suit.
